We are seeking a Personalized Travel Planner to help clients turn their travel ideas into organized, customized trip plans. You'll research options, coordinate details, and create travel experiences based on each client's preferences and needs.

Responsibilities

Build personalized travel plans and itineraries

Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation

Coordinate reservations and trip details

Communicate with clients about preferences, updates, and requests

Make itinerary adjustments and assist with special arrangements

Keep client and travel information organized and accurate

Requirements

Strong communication and organizational skills

Detail oriented and customer focused

Comfortable researching and comparing travel options

Able to manage multiple tasks independently

Comfortable learning new online tools and systems

Previous travel experience is helpful but not required
