We are looking for a Travel Itinerary Planner to turn travel preferences and ideas into organized, easy to follow trip plans. This role combines research, creativity, organization, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

Research destinations, accommodations, activities, and transportation

Build customized itineraries based on client preferences

Organize schedules, reservations, and important trip details

Review itineraries for accuracy and completeness

Assist with updates, changes, and special requests

Keep travel information organized and current

Strong organization and attention to detail

Good written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable researching and comparing travel options

Able to manage multiple projects independently

Comfortable using online tools and digital platforms

Travel experience is helpful but not required
